Did you know that you can also hop on a charter fishing boat and reel in some fresh fish directly from the beach? In Grayton Beach, the charter boats launch directly from the sugar-white sand, which is truly a unique experience.

After soaking in the sun at Grayton Beach State Park or paddle boarding on Western Lake, be sure to refuel with some of the best food in South Walton. Start your morning with breakfast at Black Bear Bread Co. or Crackings. If you plan to sleep in, Grayton Seafood Company is a brunch favorite! Lunch at Chanticleer is a must, or save your appetite for dinner at The Red Bar or Hurricane Oyster Bar.

If you’re looking for a break from the beach, try your hand at creating a piece of South Walton-inspired art. The Shops of Grayton is home to the Shard Shop and Rock, Paper, Scissors, both of which offer interactive art experiences tailored to the whole family.
